guest and the operator. G.O.P. monitors the strict following
of the concept.
G.O.P comments on the first rough sketches and makes suggestions
for optimization.
TThe goal is to proof, that the concept of the new hotel is in its size applicable to the plot of land, and that the planning process meets the economical goals, in particular the gross floor space and the factor of gross floor space to net usable floor space.
