GmbH was mandated to search the operator for the hotel project Euro City Centre West at the main station of Mannheim. Summer 09 Steigenberger Hotels signed a long-term lease agreement for the project. The hotel is under construction and is to be operated as Intercity Hotel. 09/12/2008 New Business Hotel for Odessa/ Ukraine G.O.P. GmbH is hotel consultant to a Munich developer for the development of Business Hotel in the city centre of Odessa/ Ukraine. Several international hotel operators expressed their interest in operating the project. The hotel opening is scheduled for 2011. 06/26/2007 G.O.P.
